the hotel is conveniently situated just a 30-minute walk to Cat Rock Park, where I enjoyed scenic views, and it's also a stone's throw away from delicious options like Osteria Posto for a perfect dinner after my city strolls.

absolutely dreadful stay, the couch had a huge red stain that made me question my own cleanliness, plus, being rudely denied extra towels was just the cherry on top. after enduring this, I surely expected a room upgrade or complimentary coffee—something, anything, to make it even slightly bearable. just couldn't muster a good review.

Incredibly frustrating check-in experience!!! The bathroom needs a complete overhaul, a dirty toilet seat should not be part of a guest's stay!!! The couch had a disturbing red stain, creating an uncomfortable environment!!! Don't expect well-stocked kitchen utensils upon arrival!!!

The room had decent amenities like air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. I appreciated the availability of cookware and utensils, which made my stay more comfortable. However, I encountered several issues. The staff seemed overwhelmed. there were times when the front desk wasn’t staffed, causing delays in assistance. Upon checking in, the process was frustrating due to confusion regarding my reservation. I even found hair on the bathroom floor and clear stains on some towels. The lack of clean and attentive housekeeping was disappointing. Additionally, the vending machines were empty, which made it inconvenient to get basic refreshments. While the staff members were polite, the overall service quality needs improvement, especially in training and cleanliness.

Accommodations were decent but had their hiccups. The room had a bit of a dated look and the heating system was overly warm. Nonetheless, the staff were friendly, always offering coffee, muffins, and energy bars in the morning. If you need kitchen utensils, they’ll provide them promptly.

The good outweighs the bad (barely)

The room was clean and equipped with decent amenities like a kitchenette, making the stay comfortable. The staff provided excellent service, especially Antoinette, who was helpful and friendly during our stay.

Despite the positives, the sofa bed made it cramped for four adults, leaving hardly any space to move around, especially near the bathroom. It felt more congested than expected.

I really enjoyed the barbecue joints nearby, especially how they brought the flavor to life. My room was clean and comfortable, and Alex from the staff went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot the shower. Great effort, Alex!

The hotel is a total wreck. It smelled atrocious and the maintenance was a joke. I couldn't work remotely because the WiFi was a mess. This place definitely does not live up to the standard.

The kitchenette was perfect for meals. The free WiFi was a huge help. The staff were friendly, making our stay enjoyable. Also appreciated the laundry facilities, which are great for longer stays.

One downside was the lack of kitchen essentials when we arrived. It would be better to request them in advance to avoid any inconvenience.

Had a great time with friends exploring nearby Fenway Park and George Wright Golf Course. The kitchenette was super handy for quick meals, and the staff really made us feel welcome. The free WiFi and laundry room were a nice touch too, especially for longer stays.
